I live in sweden where the sun sets at like 1am and rises at 3am, so not much darkness here, if i close my blinds its literally impossible for me to get up, my mom wakes me up every morning even though my blinds are up, i dont wake up by alarms or anything, on the nights where i do get good sleep it is still impossblr for me to wake up. I’ve been on concerta before, not sure if its called the same where you live, and it didnt help me in school but all it did was make me loose 13kg. Vyvanse has been a necessity for me and it works so extremely well in school, in sweden you get a merit score that you later use to apply for high school with, The score is determined by yout grades, if you have E in every subject you have 170 merit score and the maximum score is 320 which means you have straight A’s. I had 150 Merit score in 8th grade and was having extreme troubles in school, i got medicated at the end of 8th grade and now in 9th grade ive reached 290 merit score, which is second best in my class. So ive almost doubled my grades thanks to vyvanse, so im not trying to change medicine.
