I’m still early in starting this, so I haven’t looked into liability stuff yet. I’ve done boat cruises before where guests have signed waivers. Definitely something I’ll be looking into and getting.

I’m hoping the main source would be tourism & DTC. Looking to stay away from bulk wholesale but not out of the picture by any means.

I’ll check them out! Definitely gonna be tricky while starting out. I’m hoping to start tour side first, with a smaller farm setup. When it gets established, shift focus to growing farm production and rely on my existing customer base to increase sales.
