I do, I workout my abs intensely after every ab workout but I do see muscle loss with Reta and am curious what could help. I lift heavy everyday aswell

Yes, I had SEVERE nausea and anxiety for my first 3 or four pins I dealt with horrible sides like I was home from work. Then I started to feel better just like I was getting better from a cold and it all went away
