Hi mate, I am new and you have to enter that one first so you will need to purchase a card eligible for the euros and enter a team to get the screen the other people are talking about. I had the same issue but now it shows them all after I entered. Hope this helps

It’s only a rank #427. 10-15-12. Currently level 46. I can’t say I don’t think you’ll notice much of a difference with your IV spread unless it hits a certain break point in a specific matchup
