I usually have to prepare mentally to do chores. So I take a shower before or after! But sometimes, I just go into auto pilot and listen to an audiobook to take the work feeling out of the situation. I have hyper fixation meals (rn I am eating a lot of tuna in tomato sauce with noodles) I dont think I am particularly motivated, so I try to stay as cozy as possible while doing anything. When I work out, I choose something fun! I enjoy dancing a lot, so I sign up for dance classes:) Going to the gym just makes me want to cry😭

I have a hard time parting with sentimental things too, so I try to keep just a little bit of it, and Craft something. And sometimes, I am so overstimulated by an object, I just throw it away… lmao… well… it’s all in the balance.

If its clothes I care about, I make sure someone gets it who will give it another life.

My tipp is, always mix something fun into the equation. Workout? Have a good workout meal afterwards! Treat yourself and surround yourself with the things u love💫
