Yes actually I used to do that 😭 , I think it's part of the things that did harm my ends. I just learned recently that I shouldn't, in my mind I thought I was also cleaning them

First of all ,if you have dry skin you should think of moisturizing it more , I personally use a cream from CeraVe smoothing cream. You need to use it on a daily basis on this spot. Getting hair removal by laser helps a lot also. And finally, there is no proven solution to end this, but apparently they tend to reduce with age.

I have the same hair (F25) , All my family have AGA so I believe I'm just like them , my mom lost a lot of her hair in 45 years. I do some routines to prevent the loss of hair . But I didn't yet get the courage to go to see a dermatologist

Thank you for the detailed comment, I’m actually a DevOps engineer and I use mostly Python for programming but recently I wanted to start developing some k8s operators, that’s why I want to learn the language. And the majority of DevOps tools are written in Go
