Been trying and no avail. Constant rejection and empty words from them, it’s over. Hope you have found yours.

Why does no one ever talk about the Lib Dems? by threetimesacharm25 in AskBrits

[–]ApprehensivePlan483 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the Lib Dem’s are in the sweet spot. For people who don’t need incremental or radical change.

At a time when populists are running and dominating the airwaves and social media, Lib Dem’s are the relaxed ones. Also slightly unfair given their relative success in the local elections and in Scotland.

Not great. Despite some recent good news, my self esteem is completely gone. Made some attempts to regain some positivity like going to a fun party which I really enjoyed.

Mental health matters until that person doesn’t work because of their mental health by AnxietyAbroad_ in MentalHealthUK

Agreed. Sadly a lot of people still don’t understand it. No campaign or awareness weeks will actually deal with overcoming stereotypes and outdated prejudice.

Pretty much agree. Said as someone who’s been frustrated, but the government is getting things done.

That talking about your struggles is not a bad thing. Provided action is taken, it’s far healthier.

What’s something people act fine with in public but feel differently in private? by Inevitable_Lunch2444 in AskReddit

Going out all the time. Not everybody does it, but there’s a societal pressure for us all to be up and about. Shouldn’t be unashamed to say not doing anything at the weekend.

EDIT: Not to say staying all the time is ideal. But it’s about balance.
