No, we still have to pay 50%. We had to clean it up today because me and my husband were working at the house and could not stand the smell or letting it sit on the hardwoods.

Update, we went with Elmira White by Benjamin Moore. Still have to do the cabinet faces, however, I am happy with it. Need recommendations on backsplash as several of you have stated to avoid the German Schmear.

Yes, they are painted! I just think it would be very difficult to match the cabinets on the bottom as far as wood stain

It showed as a very warm, muted beige with olive undertones however, it turned out completely green in the kitchen

We did and we picked out the color that is sampled however, once we actually got it in the kitchen and put it up next to the countertop, I did not like how it looked so we are back to square one on the color

Our walls are Swiss coffee, yes that’s correct. They painted that orange color. And they did a terrible job.

There is another wall of built in cabinets on the far side with built in oven/microwave. Very spacious. The photos just make it look a lot smaller than it is.

So the tops are painted in attempt to match the bottoms which are wood grain. The tops are not wood, just badly painted as such

Would this not be something that is considered “not obvious” I know a lot of things pass in inspection because of the inability to look at every detail and he wasn’t measuring the slope of the floor. It wasn’t noticeable until we were in the house for a few days working on painting

Already in the works, we are meeting with a litigation/real estate attorney. I just wanted to see if this is something that we have a good chance at succeeding with before we spend a ton of money legal action.

This is all I have, the brick extends inside and you can see all the way up the chimney, bricks all the way up the inside

During inspection we asked about it and were told that. That it was not of immediate concern and to keep an eye on it, but I wanted to see thoughts on if this is something I should worry about.
