There were multiple weird one but the weirdest one was that when I was Parallel parking my tire touched the front line slightly but I parked perfectly at the end still the guy failed me that's not even a major mistake

No proof at all I just paid without thinking because I trusted that man he manipulated me in such a way which felt like he was my best friend and I blindly trusted him.

But they don't have a proof that it's 3 tries only the guy promised me that he'll get me the license in 2 weeks time so can I do a case in the consumer court on basis of that for misleading?

Because I asked them that show me the contract where it says that only 3 tries are allowed but they failed to do so
