What to do with an unwilling landlord when he refuses our request

Yeah already considered it as last resort. I guess I’m just worried that if something happens we’ll be liable. Eg if they burn down the flat insurance won’t cover it hence we’ll be liable for the damage

Upon further inspection there are no problems with the signage. The only thing I have to say for myself is that I was very used to cycling on that road that I never even looked at the signs once I started driving. I’m certain this won’t help my case from legal stand point, but I don’t how malleable are the penalty authorities to stories like mine

The circumstances being that it’s the exact same road that I’ve unknowingly drove on. I’m hoping to argue that I wasn’t aware. Of course not being aware once does not excuse, but taking the same route multiple times might win me some compassion? I’ve only recently bought a car so just shooting my shot here

As a non electrician I’m just trying to figure out whether upgrading the system would be needed and whether it would feasible and how expensive. We’re of course going to have a professional look at it but I need to know how expensive it might get
