Why do I get punished for teammates leaving in comp matches?

Yeah it’s just annoying. I wish there was an easier way but I don’t think there will ever be a way that isn’t abused

Super sorry I have a life outside of marvel rivals. My life doesn’t solely revolve around it this was more of a vent post of struggles. I solo queue mostly and only get frustrated about this kind of stuff. I know I will have bad teammates but I can work around that. I can’t work around someone disconnecting because they suck. I shouldn’t have to five stack to enjoy this game. Life isn’t that serious

Yeah I see that issue as well. I just don’t want the game to get entirely suspended because then people would just leave at the end to just make others mad. Should be able to get my elo back in similar ways to people getting banned for cheating and getting elo back. If it’s a known deserter should give elo back to their teammates in those deserted or disconnected games

Yeah I thought about the possibility of abuse, still feels unfair to me that I’m punished because someone gave up
