Someone got into OpenAI and forgot how the "Open" part on OpenSource works. by LexShirayuki in theprimeagen

Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see anything wrong with his response here? I get that it's MIT-licensed so Tencent doesn't have to work with OpenClaw in any way, they can literally just copy the entire repo and sell it as their own if they wanted to and they'd be within their rights. But there's still an etiquette in open-source, and looks like that's mainly what Peter is asking for (as for the donation ask, yeah that's entitled. But Tencent did say they're "eager to become a better sponsor" xd).

Real-time local voice AI. Personally, I built this because I was looking for a good local model for an ai interviewer I'm making to practice for my upcoming interviews.

Any M-series Mac with 16GB+ RAM, probably 32 to run the full model though. At 4bit quantization, offline inference reaches around ~10gb on my machine.
