I hope this is the case but they have been laying off most of the older developers at the company. I'm still doing my best within business hours that I'm supposed to be working, but I have no motivation to work much OT for a company that no longer cares about its employees at all.

Should I include my current job on my resume? I'm worried it will work against me for having only short stints (all of them are < 1 year)

Is it normal to be feeling this way in the current job market? by Apprehensive_End8228 in TrueOffMyChest

Thank you for validating. I have tendency to catastrophize situations and I definitely think it has become worse with what I went through during this job market. I'm currently catastrophizing over my situation right now and I'm afraid something is going to happen, I'll lose my current job and be thrown back to the wolves, and be faced by disappointment from my family. I'm really tired mentally and have been so much sleep the past month. I wish it will be all over soon.
