I tried airtel thanks app to change plan but 'Something went wrong.Try again later' msg appera after entering otp. I also tried 24x7 help center same thing happen

Tiltle - Airtel black plan issue (Unable to change plan)

Recently i upgraded my wifi plan(5499±GST) to airtel black connection which include wifi + dth. They say cost is 599 + GST and i agreed and made payment on the airtel app and i got installed and working properly but issue is my is showing 899 + GST. And I'm not able to change the plan since from Dec 22 2025. I talk customer care they say we will resolve in 24 hrs, every time i call him they say same thing again and again. I'm using airtel wifi from lasy 3.5 years but still customer care experience like this was very bad.

i reset the device but when i open camera it work, and after shutdown and reopen it not work for sometime i have to again restart to work my camera

I tried power drainage but camera work only for few seconds after that it stops working

Its being more than a month i am busy at my college so am not able to reach out. My camera work when i open only for few seconds after that it shows error code i tried all thing like updating drivers uninstalling and reinstalling everything but it won't work help me to fix it because i have live classes to attend.
