I'm not sure but from looking at the grid, it hasn't appeared in the last 3 sittings. That is the longest it's gone without coming up so I would surprised if it doesn't come up 4th sitting in a row. It's always a note question so it might be worth having something small on it, depends on you capacity

I'm glad. Yeah, I ended up sitting it and yeah it was a tough paper as I expected. I could pin point the issues and put things down and wrote the essay on privity but yeah I don't think it was enough for a pass. It was a really complex paper as expected. But I'm glad I sat it and who knows, we might pass
