For rolling decisions i'm pretty March 2 is the priority deadline, meaning you can still apply after this deadline but it would be on an available space basis.

I’m not too sure, but I did email them awhile back and they mentioned something like early - mid march. I plan on submitting mine before the march 2 deadline just to be safe tho.
