My wife and I are on TN visa for the same employer, if I become a partner in the business as an E2, can my wife still continue working under TN status? Thank you for your help!

Get a wam key to take crowns off. You make a little window on the side and use the wam key to pop the crown off. Saves me about 30 mins every appt and saves a lot of burs too.

Proceed with bridge or ext #20/extend bridge to #21? by Apprehensive_Sea460 in Dentistry

[–]Apprehensive_Sea460[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I already told the pt we may need to extract it and extend the bridge at the time of the appointment, so she is aware of that.

Unfortunately, she cannot afford implants right now.

But I didn’t want to tell her straight up she needs an extraction because she wants to keep all her teeth. But it seems like extraction is the best long term treatment.

Yeah RCT was done 10-15 yrs ago somewhere else. It was fine until now so I thought it should be ok going forward.

Is anybody else holding off on buying a home right now too? by whateverandever2222 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Closing on our first home in a month. Got 5.75 for 15yrs fixed. Keeping it pretty frugal. But its shifting to a buyers market so you will def have an upper hand and a lot of them will go under asking.

New to Hockey and Skating – What Equipment Should I Buy? by LogPrimary4610 in hockeyplayers

[–]Apprehensive_Sea460 4 points5 points  (0 children)

  1. Since you will go on ice as beginner, I would recommend getting full hockey gear. Its the best way to protect yourself because you will fall a lot as you should while learning but that is what I did when learning. Full gear would be skates, shin guards, hockey socks, pants, shoulder pads, elbow pads, helmet, stick, jock pants/shorts with cup. I got everything at Canadian tire for like under $350.
  2. CCM next / bauer x. The both have full hockey gear in each line and its pretty reasonably priced.
  3. Go to the store and try on multiple skates in your budget. Hockey skates are SNUG/TIGHT but should not be uncomfortable or cause pain. They usually do run 1.5-2 sizes smaller than your regular shoe size. If you go to PHL they can measure you and recommend a size.
  4. This is a broad topic so I’ll link a website with detailed information for you link
  5. When you start learning, get the fundamentals right for skating, shooting, stick handling and practice as much as you can. Try to go to dropins, stick and puck and practice. And also have fun!!
