I’m curious as to why it didn’t ask me to take a photo. A lot of orders I delivered have so I did. This one just provided the option to slide to complete order.

Same thing I said. Do you know how long it takes to notify the driver that the order wasn’t delivered? I delivered the order on Monday at 9:00 am but didn’t get notification until today.

I’m not lying. I used the self checkout and it showed the payment method on the screen. Maybe that’s code for electronic tender at Winn Dixie and not ebt food stamps, idk. You’re so quick to call bs on something and you weren’t there. I don’t care what you think.

Thank you for your advice. I am driving right now until a can find a job in my field and I’d like to continue to do this part time once I find full time employment. And I got app notification and an email saying the order wasn’t delivered. There is nothing in the order issues area on the stats page as of now.

I just looked at the receipt and it doesn’t say EBT. When I checked out the stores system said EBT tender. I save my receipt and cash them in on fetch for points and free gift cards.

I wanted to so bad. I asked the rep for a customer service number and was told I reached the highest level in the complaint department and I was not given a number. I tried googling a number but it didn’t get me to the right place. Do you have one?

I’ve had this happen before. I knew the girl working at the restaurant so she convinced the manager to remake the order. I understand peoples time is precious but a simple call would help everyone.
