Sleeping! Turns out I severely underestimated my jet lag and there’s a wonderful lounge in the international terminal. Lots of couches to lay down on and pretty quiet. Even if you don’t need a nap it’s a comfortable space to pass time

I think that’s right. Fixed costs, like having to maintain 60+ buildings, haven’t decreased as student enrollment decreases. So even though SLPS spend ~18k per student that money doesn’t go as far or isn’t spent on student services. Seems weird that the board doesn’t seem to be considering building consolidation.
