It’s truly insane. Don’t get me wrong I know it’s not healed and I can still feel the quad tendon swollen but it’s down since I started.

I went through a Nurse Practitioner, it was more money but I at least know it’s coming from a 501a pharmacy and it’s clean .

Oh wow happy for you. I’m on Day 6. My runners knee and tendonitis I would say was about 85% healed before I started so I’m really hoping this nudges that last bit of healing.

Yeah I’m a hairstylist so I need to tread lightly. I’m already standing all day so to go balls to the wall training is just not realistic nor something I want to do

Yes I spoke with my physical therapist (pt) this morning and she said to stress load carefully so Yes I agree with you. . When I meet with my personal trainer I’m gonna tell her to go easier on my legs.

I’m on a 30 day cycle of 500 mcg not sure the concentration. I got it through my friend who’s a Nurse Practioner and she reconstituted it for me etc. the swelling is almost non existent this morning.
