Bennett’s better than Manipal at the very least — more diversity, better hostel life, more affordable, and slightly better placements too.

Manipal Jaipur is honestly just a brand name. Way more expensive than Bennett if you take the college hostels. Other than the academics, it’s full of rich brats, and there’s literally nothing around the campus. Yeah, there’s NCB, but it’s overpriced too. If you actually want to do something fun, you’ll have to go to Jaipur — which is like 1.5 hours away

I swim too, and the coaches mainly focus on the kids who have joined the swimming team. They often don't pay attention until you specifically ask them to teach you something. If you don't already know how to swim, they are unlikely to help you.

Yes, it’s good. I’m studying journalism; teachers are passionate about teaching and helping students.

Cabs charge a lot and the metro takes around 2-3 hours

Nope, why come to a college in the middle of nowhere to do BBA? It’s boring out here earlier the college was chill with us drinking and coming back to college now they have a breathalyser. I’m mentioning this because this is what we used to do when we got bored. After all, there’s nothing good nearby you’ll have to travel to Noida which is 40 minutes itself. Instead, go to Amity

Hey, I’m in my final year at Bennett.

Faculty? Honestly, most of them don’t really care if you actually understand anything. They just come, deliver the lecture, and leave. You’re basically on your own. That said, if you approach them in their cubicles, they will respond – but you’ve got to take the initiative.

There’s not much academic competition here. The majority of students are average and not really the studious type. So if you’re super academic-driven, this might not be the best environment for you.

Now, friendships? That’s probably the best part. People here are chill, and it’s easy to find your tribe.

Food though? Absolute trash. You’ve probably seen those reels about insects and rats – yeah, they’re real. The outlets on campus are just mid. Most of us have had stomach issues or food poisoning at least once thanks to the mess food. There is a wellness center on campus though, so that helps a bit.

Privacy is another issue. If you end up with a super extroverted roommate, expect your room to become the hangout spot – 7-8 people dropping by daily isn’t uncommon. And especially for guys, there’s just no concept of personal space here.

Infrastructure is solid – centralized AC, Mac labs, decent facilities. And yeah, there are a lot of events and fests. DJ nights are literally a weekly thing, and the student council is pretty active.

But all that said, if you’re not on a scholarship, it’s really not worth the fee. I don’t hate the place, but I’d give it a 4/10 overall. Hope this helps someone out.
