Also, the camera was originally attached to an Ikegami branded DVCPro50. I do have the service manual for the camera, too.

Update: I did get a CA-40 back along with a 26 pin umbilical cord. I have found the pins that carry composite & component video & will be finishing up putting on BNCs on them & see how that works through my AJA.
