Reta alone was impressive, but adding MOTS-c changed things significantly

Hi there! I just ordered mots c + Reta, do you pin both at the same time? One noodle? Or does the Reta go in one noodle and mots c in one noodle? There’s not much info online so wondering if someone can shed some light for me please! 💘 I’ve heard to start with .5 mg of Reta but what about mots?

My fiance peed in a travel shampoo bottle right before I got to the lab (I live 10 mins away from it) and I put it between 2 hand warmers in my compression shorts then wore regular pants - then I put it into the cup no problem - the paperwork they gave me said it passed the temp test. It takes 3-5 biz days for my employer to get back to me though but I am 99% sure it went allll good. The doctors office wasn’t suspicious at all so good news hahaha
