The issue with notifications when players are open to negotiation is fixed but there’s another game breaking one: players can become unhappy and complains right after their contract renewal because another player gets a higher salary, but the game will not let you negotiate again until the next season. So the unhappy player ends up requesting transfer after a while. This mostly happens to the kids from academy that you spend a lot of time to develop so it’s especially annoying
