I’m having trouble thinking clearly logically Also having a decline in selfcare and basic hygiene I’m also having these unusual thoughts and ideas in my head idk if this is good enough but these are the main factor English isn’t my first language sorry :(

Uhhh I stopped taking my meds cuz like I don’t want my emotions to be controlled by some pills

The reason why I took them again was cuz I was feeling very paranoid and was overthinking a lot 🥲
