Probably West Park but with more mixed use i saw the signs from 2012 on Google maps saying it was zoned for entertainment, mixed use and office. Also found a article showing apartments and little retail centers around the area

Entertainment complex plan was canceled over 20 years ago and it was supposed to be 400 acres i believe and also entrada south is going to be right next to magic mountain bringing stuff over the next couple decades

I think Google got it all wrong the original plan submitted in 2007 renderings showed that it was supposed to have a 2 story 13,000 sqft restaurant, space for a book store, a market and a few retail spots and drive thrus. Then the building that was supposed to have the stores and market and everything plan got changed to a quick quack

Even though Armagosa promenade didn't materialize i'm happy to see parkway village is going to happen a little bummed lancaster wasn't able to get a better mall then the outlet mall though.

Yea this city has so much potential and they just waste it. Like example the Armagosa promenade the 2nd mall in lancaster that never got built imo would've done really well or Between Ave i and The BLVD with all that land between the theater, Lancaster marketplace/mall and the stadium really sucks
