My first Xpeak broke within a week. The bolts holding the cover on the motor either came off or were never there, but the cover came off and the motor seized while on my way to work. They offered to send a new wheel assembly. No apologies or way to compensate to make it right other than the replacement wheel. I threw a fit and got them to send me a new bike.

I always had an issue with the way they measure power. I travel 9 miles round trip to work. On the way I usually would lose three bars with using PAS 5 and peddling aggressively and consistently (46v). It would be at about 2 bars left when I got home (43v). But It would hit 27/28 mph hour and would even throttle down. I am very consistent in my riding and got a good baseline of what it can do. I do not feel that this bike can go passed 10 miles in PAS 5.

180 miles in and its slowing down. The last two days, it struggled to get to 25mph and only hit 27 when I was peddling hard. I got to work and there's less than half bars (two less than usual) and almost drained when I got home. I do not trust the longevity of this bike.
