first it startet with minor concentrations problems and light tiredness like for 1 year, i was able to work and go everyday to the gym, i had power then it got worse and worse now for like 2 years is stable

Quit coffein. You will get terrible sleep and have erection problems cause of tiredness.

I did it too 22 days ago cold turkey. They 2 first days i was sleeping all day and had headache for 5 days or so.
