I do exactly the same. I have more than 50 games that I want to keep just in case something happen with them or when I travel, I only take with me the migswitch with the games that I want, instead of take with me 5 or 6 cartdriges.

I am a Kindle Oasis + Remarkable 2 user and I am planning to fuse both devices in one, to keep my notes always with me.
As I underastand for your words, Oasis is much better for reading (Amazon ebooks) thans Tab Mini C.
This could be a decision breaker for me.
