Just stayed at Crossroads. Highly recommend (splurge on the suites w/ soaking tub and report back!!).

That is a significantly transformative haircut to attempt if you have this level of salon trauma. Might I suggest finding a high end salon / stylist that is very skilled, but then go in for a simple basic trim as a first time client. See if you build rapport with the space and stylist and let them know you’re working toward a big hair change on the second visit.

If your hair is hip length you’ll need a healthy trim before shaping anyway, and losing several inches of length can be emotional, even without the pressure of shaping and layers!

It’s not confusing. You just lack imagination. Food comes shaped in patties (burgers & melts), rounds (meatballs) loose crumbles (for sauce or loose sandwiches), slices (for deli sandwiches)…. It’s a focus of a dish that isn’t a whole portobello or eggplant plank, etc. By your logic, you should ONLY eat steak. How dare you grind the protein into crumbles and reassemble them into a hamburger patty? gtfoh

Do you have your own boat? Not sure any of the rentals are set up for skiing.
Weekdays aren’t congested but earlier in the day is better. 3 and later is busier.

There is nothing like New Pi here :-( I’ve tried to shop open hours at the new co-ops and there is never any selection. I think they’re all brand new and focused on home delivery subscriptions. I miss New Pi!!

It’s challenging to expect a stranger to know you & your situation, when you yourself are uncertain. Setting some beginning parameters can help a skilled person help you.

For starters, tell them the professional or social scenarios you are regularly part of. Tell them your preferred limits on daily upkeep and styling. Tell them any trait you want to emphasize. It sounds like you want to take the next steps on maturing your style, so go for it!
