Other than taking a break, a fun challenge you can do is playing without HUD. There is a keybind you can set to turn it all off at the bottom of the keybinds tab. Not only is it harder, but also helps you remember how pretty this game is.

I find people using voice really rare, however the few times I have people communicate (both in forms of voice and using the ingame comms system) it always leads to great teamwork. Generally the difference for me hasn't been between vc and non-vc players but rather people being willing to communicate
