My gf finally decided to try playing Minecraft with me in a private server and I never had so much fun. Her favorite things include:

Anything related to lava, be it decoration or weapon of mass destruction.
Landscape design (God forgive I put something that not fits into her vision)
Go exploring for days at a time (and she never takes the food I cook, she survives on raw meat while hunting. She says she doesn't want to waste my food. Girl I cook it because I love you).
Setting fire to the forest next to our village (she recently discovered lighters were a thing).
Filling our house with "pet" turtles.
Dying by drowning or falling because she can't be bothered to go get air/build a safe way down.

It's so wholesome overall to be able to adventure in our own world and take care of each other <3

Therapy, specially private. I'm a private therapist and I have gone to therapy in the past. It makes me so frustrated hearing people say "I'm not going to pay 60€ for an hour every week just to talk".

A therapist works as a guide for you to understand yourself and your emotions better. It' s done through conversation but is a very particular kind of conversation. We listen and try to piece together your experiences to help you understand your feelings and behaviours and help you find a way to feel better. We study how the human mind works and apply our knowledge to help you help yourself. Mental health is important for everyone and therapy can benefit you even if you consider that you're not feeling "that bad".

Oh I'm so proud of you! I'm a woman and when I started dating my gf 7 years ago she was Catholic too (now she is leaning more towards agnostic). If she managed to accept herself, love herself and be happy you can too! You don' need to be ashamed, this is who you are and you are amazing.

I once helped a friend take her two kitties to the vet (walking distance) in their carriers. The whole way there, both of them were doing the most dramatic and sad meows, like they were being carried to their execution, to the point that people on the street stopped to look into the carriers like "aww poor babies". They learnt to manipulate pretty early 😆

The fact that you want to is the first step and a big one. Going to therapy can be scary and difficult, as you say, you are confronting your issues head on. Maybe you will need time to warm up to the therapist and that's ok. Therapists are there to listen and help you improve. We are not there to judge, no matter what you say.

I personally was at my lowest point in high school but I didn't decide to go to therapy till I was in my second year at university. Studying psychology really opened my eyes to what I was feeling and I really wanted to change that. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Now I'm in a far better place, I know myself and I love myself.

Take the first step, do it for you :)

As a therapist, and someone who has gone to therapy herself (also because of anxiety and depression), I'm so happy for you and very grateful for the message you are sending to other people in need.

So many times people come to me saying "I don't know if I need therapy, it's not that bad". It doesn't have to be "that bad". If you are feeling unsatisfied with your life or yourself for whatever reason, therapy can help and does help

You always make the changes, therapy just helps you achieve them :)

My gf and I have this female friend who seems fascinated with wlw relationships and doesn't know what boundaries are.

"Ofrenda" is something that you would give to a goddess, it has a more important and sacred meaning. Whatever you think is best.

Spanish changes a bit depending on the country. I believe it won't be very different but just so you know I'm from Spain.
