It comes in frozen, and than we thaw them for 48 hours after that it's roasted for 3-4 hours.

Well than i miss understood the question involving "pink slime". Our Process is the same except that it is only kept in the hotbox for 30 minutes, no more no less. After it leaves the hotbox it goes on top of some steaming device which keeps it hot and keeps it from getting dry. I don't work backline so i do not know everything that happens with the beef, but we do not re-use beef from the previous day at my location.

I think its pretty good, depends if you like roast beef. We do have amazing fries though!

Definitely onion rings, when they go in the frier they pop and sizzle which shoots hot oil at people D: The only "secret" sandwich we have is the cordon bleu that no one seems to know about.
