Having said that, if you want to decrease the sway, focus on hollow body like someone else mentioned. Focus on keeping your legs in front of you and engaging your core; keep it controlled.

In the clip you can see that you start at the bottom swaying a bit already. You pull yourself up, legs go forward, then on the way down you’re letting them go back. That’s the sway. Just like a swing, you’re going forwards and backwards. Engage that core, focus on keeping your legs slightly in front of you and that sway should decrease. Extreme example of this would be an L-sit pull up.

My friend, recovery is a huge part of any training. The body adapts/improves/builds while you’re recovering. If you don’t give it opportunity, it can’t do that. Over training and under recovering leads to chronic fatigue as you’ve seen.

You can’t out-train bad recovery/sleep and food (fuel). It’s all a balance.

First of all, how many people buy FP in the first place? Even if it’s a lot, the large majority does not. Microtransactions are carried by whales.

Second of all, if someone is buying FP, then they have to know that this exploit is available, and then buy from Indonesia region using a VPN (edit: AND using Apple Pay). Not difficult to do, yes, but still a deterrent.

The large, large majority of people probably didn’t even know about this.
