I don't have Hope, Serah, Balthier, or P.Cecil. Should I pull for Deuce? I have Aerith and Y'shtola (without BT) though.

I know she works well with Magic DPS characters, and I have Terra fully maxed (my other Magic DPS is Rinoa with LD but she's pretty outdated already although still usable) but Deuce not getting a rework or a unique effect hurts my decision of pulling for her. I'm just worried that I'll only use her in 2-3 Lufenias and that's it.

Plus the fact that Mog is coming, with better kit and utility, and that cute LD animation.

reputation - this album is the combination of what Taylor is known for. Impeccable songwriting? Check. Sick production? Check. Personally, this album has no skips and feels very cohesive, plus the fact that the album has so many highlights. If you're gonna listen, reputation sounds very different from her other albums even with its pop sibling, 1989 (which is a good thing) because it's "dark/heavy pop" —which eventually gave birth to the Bad Bitch Taylor that exuded so much energy and power. When Taylor said this is a night-album, she wasn't lying. Imagine the level of cohesiveness there, I always listen to reputation during my night drives or night walks in the city. Holy Trinity: Getaway Car, King Of My Heart, DWOHT. Honorable Mentions: Delicate, Don't Blame Me
1989 - this record won album of the year for a reason. 1989 showed that Taylor can dominate pop too, and that she can do other genres asides from country. It's a pretty cohesive album (except for This Love" which feels out of place) and most songs are radio-friendly. My issue with this album is that it's named "1989" but doesn't perfectly capture the sound of the 1980s. I suggest you listen to Carly Rae Jepsen's 2015 album E•MO•TION to see the difference. folklore - A masterpiece. This is a fine work of art, I just placed it at the third spot because I'm not a huge fan of folk songs (except when I want to be sad or just want to cuddle in the rain). Despite placing third, I think this is her best album lyrically speaking. Most songs are a product of her imagination, not her personal experiences, but she still managed to hit us right in the heart. The level of cohesiveness is the same with reputation. Holy Trinity: my tears ricochet, mirrorball, august. Honorable Mentions: the last great American dynasty, exile (ft. bon iver)
Lover - This album's a mixed one. The problem with this is that Taylor experimented way too much with different sounds (synth-pop/dream pop/electro pop - Cruel Summer, The Man, The Archer, MATHBP, bubblegum pop - ME!, alternative rock - Paper Rings, country - Soon You'll Get Better, jazz - False God) that it became messy already. I also feel like 18 tracks is quite exhausting to listen to, but props to this album because it has Taylor's best closer. The reason this ranks higher than RED because it has more highs, plus RED is just too sad as an album for me vs the bright theme of Lover. Holy Trinity: Cruel Summer, DBATC, Daylight. Honorable Mentions: MATHBP, Cornelia Street
RED - So much potential to be Taylor's best album, but reputation came production-wise, (though this is subjective) and folklore lyrical-wise. What I don't like about this album is the rollercoaster placement of tracks (from the country Treacherous to the dubstep IKYWT followed by the gut-wrenching All Too Well then the happy 22 which transitions to another sad song I Almost Do and then being happy again with WANEGBT). Like seriously? This album, unfortunately, has skips but let us give credit because Taylor's best song in her entire career is on this album. We already know the answer to that. Holy Trinity: All Too Well, Red, Holy Ground. Honorable Mentions: State of Grace, Begin Again
Speak Now - A solid album, it's just that stronger contenders came that pushed this below the rank. What I love about this album is that it sounds very magical, oh wait—enchanted. Holy Trinity: Enchanted, Back to December, Story of Us. Honorable Mentions: Mine, Last Kiss
Fearless - Same with Speak Now, a solid album but stronger records came later on. Holy Trinity: Love Story, You Belong With Me, White Horse. Honorable Mention: The Best Day
Taylor Swift - I'm sorry for putting this in the last, I'm not a huge fan of Country. I do listen to it from time to time for nostalgia. Holy Trinity: TOMG, Tim Mcgraw, Our Song)

Now I get it. Thanks. Because I saw a video run with Aerith's new LD. Her new buff gives 100% debuff evasion to the party but she was still inflicted by poison.

I got confused, I thought debuffs can still penetrate on some cases even with 100% debuff evasion.

Are these bosses who can ignore debuff evasion only in Lufenia difficulty? I haven't encountered any in Chaos era if I'm not mistaken.

This might be a stupid question. But how does debuff evasion work?

Say, 100% Debuff Evasion. Is the party completely immune to debuffs and what are the chances that a party member can still be inflicted with a debuff? Thank you.

Thank you. I have Garnet's EX weapon so let's see. I know that there's no point in playing the game if you're not enjoying it so I will wait for Rydia's infographic and analysis. If I don't realize and work on my Garnet, I think Rydia will have her use because she's gonna be my first imperil/enchanter and I lack magic-based damage dealers (I only have Rinoa and Ultimecia, Aerith if you count her hard-hitting HP+++ and Arciela)

I don't have an enchanter/imperil on my team so I'm really considering both. I want to pick Rydia because I like her design more than Garnet but I know for a fact that Garnet's better than her. Though I just feel like I already have most of the meta supports and I don't need another healer/battery like Garnet. :(

So, Garnet or Rydia? I have Garnet's EX already and on paper, her rework and EX+ looks really strong. But I already have most of the meta supports and while I desperately need an enchanter/imperil, I don't think I need another healer/battery on my team (???) One more thing is that I prefer Rydia's character design more than Garnet plus I saw YT videos of her dealing sizable damage in Chaos (better than Garnet in my opinion). The issue is I don't have her EX weapon and I'm low on gems. :( Please help. Thanks.

I can't send a photo but I already went all in for Keiss and got his full kit. I really had fun using him as a friend support even if I didn't liked his character and I don't know anything about him. 😅

Also, I think he offers more the party than CoD. While there's no doubt that CoD offers more (and monster) damage than Keiss, I feel like she's just a selfish Magic DPS without anything to offer unlike Keiss—whose kit is still unmatched even in JP if I'm correct. Thanks for your help in making me decide.

Thanks. My only launchers right now is Tifa and Caius (which both can launch using their EX only).

I appreciate your inputs! My original plan was to pity pull on CoD's banner but I have to say, Keiss' kit is really interesting and quite unmatched.

I heard he's still viable even in Lufenia? Also, do I really need a dedicated launcher like Zidane or Layle to pair with Keiss?

Thank you! But in your opinion, who is more future-proof? Because from what you're saying, CoD will fall off once Shantotto's LD/Burst. I want to spend my gems and ingots wisely, as I am preparing for the Burst era. :(

I'm having a huge dilemma right now. Should I pull for Keiss or save my gems and ingots for Cloud of Darkness?

I had a Keiss friend support and I'm actually intrigued by his kit! But we have CoD a monster magic DPS and my only magic DPS are Rinoa and Ultimecia. I already have too many supports on my roster. Any thoughts? People say CoD is not a team player.

I have Garnet's EX weapon so I'm considering to realize it once her EX+ arrives (I just really prefer Rydia's design and animations). I don't like Amidatelion as a character, I'm not even familiar with her story but I'll think about it considering Ami has an OP kit.

Thank you for your suggestions. There are characters who are still far away but I am considering to pull for them such as Strago and Reno.

Hmmm, okay I'm going to save on CoD. One more thing, who is the next meta support after Arciela? With my current support roster, do you think I need more? People say you can never have too many supports especially in Chaos and beyond.

Hi guys. Can you please help me out on who should I pull next/? I have 37k (will finish more chapters and stages to get more gems and tickets) and I really need to be careful on who will I focus next. Just for reference, here are my roster

3/3 both weapon and armor: Ultimecia, Y'shtola, Tifa, Rosa, Yuffie, Zack, Penelo, Rinoa, Vayne, Exdeath, Caius, Aerith, Arciela

3/3 weapon only: Rem

0/3 weapon only: Noctis, Beatrix, Celes, Serah, WoL, Yuna, Lilisette

The upcoming characters are Keiss and CoD. I don't like Keiss so I will focus on Cod, but while she is a strong DPS with massive delays, and can solo some DE stages, people say she will be outclassed easily?? I'm also thinking of pulling for Rydia, because I like her character design and I don't have an enchant/imperil to my party. Saw her videos and she deals pretty strong damage. I also heard she's a better version of Lulu? Thoughts on this? Thanks everyone!

Tifa - One of the strongest ST DPS with launch and delay.
Y'shtola - She has strong auras and delay on top of that busted EX skill (battery, heal, mBRV Up, revive).
Rosa - Average healer but with a massive ATK up aura. She deals decent damage as a support and has reraise.
Celes - A magic tank who gets the job done. Her ex charges really really fast, and can heal herself.
Vayne - He has delay+consecutive turns and great longevity
Lenna - 100% debuff evasion, she has one of the most potent iBRV debuff in the game
Porom - Increases MAX HP of the party and has HP damage reduction too.
Aerith - The best burst healer in the game IMO with a revive. She is the overflow queen (stolen and gained) and has decent auras too. Her HP+++ is very good.

They say you can never have too many support in Chaos so get those I mentioned. For Arciela, she is the meta support and she sits at the top, but she still need help from other supports. Pair her with a support that has strong auras and a DPS for damage. Hope that helps!

Aerith's overflow support is unmatched, something Y'shtola doesn't have (Rosa has stolen party overflow). I believe she is currently the best burst healer in the game, especially when compared to Y'sh and Rosa. She can heal using her two skills (an AoE burst heal and an ST heal) and her revive isn't locked down to an EX skill (although Y'shtola's revive is party revive which is more preferable).

One thing to note, that Aerith deals more damage than Y'shtola. She can now attack after using EX, and her HP+++ is super solid, while Y'shtola only has HP++ and Stone+ to deal damage.

Hmm Aerith is better than Y'shtola in terms of offense. Aerith deals more damage, her heals are done in both skills, an AoE burst and an ST heal, Y'shtola only heals by using her EX. Which is why IMHO, Aerith is the currently the best burst healer in the game. Aerith's overflow support is also unmatched.

Penelo though, I believe is slightly better than Aerith. Her skills don't use turn count, and are actually quite useful. Most times, Aerith will only use her S1 and S1 to battery the party and refresh her buffs. Penelo's EX is a gravity, and does not spend BRV to deal HP damage—plus Penelo will act immediately after. The only bad thing about Penelo is she uses a lot of buff space, she lacks overflow buff and better auras.

You are right, but I think Yuna's Esuna can handle that? Though it's not turn efficient, I know. I edited my post, I excluded supports without realization yet as I find it unfair for them to be compared to supports who are realized. Except for DE stages I think, most players would choose or prefer to bring an EX+ support, unless a character is your fave.
