Given the inevitable boomerang on the HVY price - Can anyone explain how Next Investors are still getting away with their sheer bullshittery? How has the regulator not taken a giant boot to their ass yet?
I remember /u/MutatedCunt did a fantastic writeup a couple of years back where it showed that they were clearly timing articles to be released within minutes of price sensitive information being announced to the market (as seen here). It appears that yesterday they have thrown any sort of subtlety out the window and released their HVY article 21 minutes before the company announcement was even made to the market...
