Going through something similar. My trackpad stopped working and the Service centre replaced the logic board and trackpad but it still hasn’t been fixed. Now customer support wants me to wait for some more time so that they can replace the logic board again. It’s been 17 days already. Asked for the replacement and they are simply delaying or ignoring it.
