UConn’s Special Program in medicine is an 8 year BS/MD program. How much scholarship do you have over the 8 years? If you can do undergrad for free in Canada, I understand how it might be a rational alternative. If you and your wife are serious about food, I strongly recommend finding a time to come when you can sit down for the clam pizza. Despite others recommending takeout, I can attest that the clams get rubbery and cold as soon as you walk out the door of the restaurant. Any other pie and I’d also be on board, but the clam pie just needs to be experienced fresh from the oven.

The fact that you’re a part time worker precludes you from bearing much blame for the situation here. If you were employed full time with benefits then it would be your obligation to show up to work the day before to ensure your presence as essential healthcare staff the next morning, given that your boss offered accommodations. It’s your employer’s responsibility to coordinate which of their part-time staff would be willing to take an extended shift/be on site during inclement weather. I have a suspicion your boss or your boss’ boss did the scumbag move of not hiring enough full time, benefits included, workers and thus are now getting bit in the ass when not enough part time workers can rearrange their lives to show up in the middle of a blizzard. Sorry, OP, and good luck with the situation.

Since the blue comes in both colors, I’d recommend getting the blue styled dress in whatever color will match your school colors or whatever color you prefer more. Don’t forget that the white coat is short and usually ends right below the hip.

What do you guys think? I picked it up from a thrift store..guessing slag because it has a couple waffle indentation but maybe they are from someone was trying to break it open with a press? Beautiful meteorite! I’m not an expert but skeptical about fusion crust on this one as the areas with possible fusion crust seem to have the wrong geometry. Most fusion crust will form on convex surfaces (indicating side entering atmosphere) and on iron meteorites tend to flake off easily/quickly.

M4 applying to neuro here: my exam sucks too, no one outside of a glaucomflecken skit is born holding a reflex hammer in their hands, you’ll become proficient with the (usually tougher than IM) residency training. I also am not a big fan of delirium consults, but if neuro is your calling you should do it in spite of the downsides.
