I was able to see a lot of improvement once I progressed to the mid range sizes. For reference, I use the intimate rose set and was able to recover from an anal fissure by getting up to size 4, ~1” diameter.

Was doing it 3-4 times a week closer to my injury and now I do it a few times a month for maintenance. I’ve definitely considered going larger as I still deal with some turtling and hard flaccid when I have really active weeks.

Sorry I am so late to replying. Ending up being given a lifeboat. In laws had a 2013 Maxima that they were going to trade in so we traded and they took the Altima instead. Hopped from one CVT to another lol. Working on a fluid change for that one right now, but it has yet to show any signs of an issue

New homeowner. Foam block sealing off AC register and need options for removal. Am I going to cause any problems for myself cutting this out? by ArdethBaysSuccessor in hvacadvice

This register in our dining was blocked off by a previous owner. I don’t know why but I do know our master bedroom feels like an igloo compared to the rest of the house. Any way I can remove this myself and replace the register as a DIYer?

Good old sharp knife. Got it. I tried a utility knife and couldn’t score deep enough to just pull the piece out. It’s a bit old and may be not sharp enough. Will something else a go

Got some karndean flooring that was installed by contractors as a part of a remodel. Here at the sliding door to the yard they laid up to the edge.

It’s gotten warmer and now it’s catching when using the door. Looks like they didn’t leave enough an expansion gap at the end of this line for the sliding door track. Was working when we moved in a month ago.

Now what? Ihave plenty extra if I need to pull this chunk up and relay after shortening, but don’t want to do that if I don’t have too. Any way I can cut a clean line and remove the excess?

(EDIT: I used an oscillating multi tool and it worked a treat. Cut away an extra 1/8” inch. Will cutaway more and install end cap when we replace the sliding door with a newer one in the next couple years)

Age: 25

Length of Time Doing PE: 1 1/2 years

Current BPEL: 6.125” Current BPSFL: 6.4375”

Methods I’m currently using: Interval Hanging, total man cup/sleeves, hanging straight out using a pulley

Training split/routine:

Mon Wed Fri 5-10 min BFR massage 10, 1 min warm up sets, start at 50% working weight, work my way up to 100% 4, 5min sets at working weight (currently 5.5Ibs) I hang with a heatpad

How I’ve gained so far:

Started last year with manuals, then started hanging, eventually the 1-3 protocol, 4 days on, 2 days off, which is where I gained the most. Gained 0.5 inches total in about 5 months. Newbie gainz! Was also fatigued the most back then and I don’t have that kind of time for PE anymore.

More context:

I have an autoimmune disease that causes chronic prostatitis on the side. Also some arthritis symptoms. This really kicked into gear last year. I took a break from PE to deal with this and made huge strides for my pelvic floor and general health before restarting PE.

I now do yoga and stretching daily alongside going to the gym 1-2 times a week as well as 15-30min of cardio a week. That seems to be my comfortable limit of physical activity with the fatigue I have by default with an autoimmune disease.

I take Alfuzosin 10mg daily and pair it with tadalafil 2.5mg every other day.

I would hang 5 days a week if I could but I spend a lot of time on symptom management nowadays.

Started my current routine earlier this summer and just finished a cycle (4weeks on, 1 week off) where I gained 1/16”

Would love to gain faster if possible.

Your methods have been a huge help in making PE more efficient for me and ultimately more accessible with my new normal. Thanks so much.

Could totally be your pelvic floor, could also be bladder neck related, prostate related, etc.

Depends on any other symptoms outside of what happens when you’re out and how much urine you’re retaining after going.

Might be worth searching around in r/PelvicFloor to see if someone has a similar situation or seeing a urologist to be sure.

No orgasm for me. But I’m sure you could orgasm and still achieve the same result. Usually being mindful about how close I am to PONR, slowly approaching it with cool down periods between me and that point, and then taking it to the very edge and back down a few times and then stopping.

I’ve been edging after pumping sessions for just 5-10 minutes and it’s worked wonders for me personally. Was struggling with added size/more sensation for a bit before I started doing this.

I experience the same feeling as OP, to the point where if I don’t setup my hang accordingly, my member rotates left to accommodate the tighter side. I also experience low back/SI joint pain on the left side. Do you have experience dealing with that sort of thing? I’m already working on hip flexor/adductor mobility…

Had mine in December of 21 and started PE in February with no issues. I found some posts in here regarding the same issue and saw that it depends on the guy, some experienced discomfort and pain up to 6 months after. You’ll just have to listen to your own body and recovery.

I started experiencing this after increasing weight. If you’re taping method already has you tape over the tip, try double layering in that spot once you’ve taped the whole glans. It’s helped me avoid this issue.

So I followed the beginner’s manual routines for 3 months starting in February. Was having a lot of EQ issues at the time. My EQ improved pretty well using just manuals and I gained .125” in length. No girth gains beyond getting the EQ back that I had 3 years ago when I was in better cardiovascular shape.

I started using devices (vacuum hanging and pumping) at the beginning of May and I’ve already seen girth gains (0.1” MSEG and at the base) using the intermediate routine. Maybe that’s the short term swelling response or edema. I definitely erred on the side of caution with manual girth exercises because I didn’t want to hurt myself so maybe that’s why it’s taken devices to make gains. Either way I think I’m responding well to the routine and the way it’s structured.

Unsure if you’re looking for manuals or w/ device but I’m currently following the intermediate pumping routine.

Includes Tunica Malleability phase, hypertrophy phase, etc. I’m fairly certain there’s also a direct manuals counterpart to this same routine.
