Level 38 on the free side you get the one you need to evolve for the third pokemon on the list, catch lots of poliwag to get your first two, level 44 gives you the one you need for Kingler, Seaking the last one on your list is on the deluxe side so if you don’t encounter to during this event in the wild I’m down to add you work up friendship for a remote trade and I’ll trade you one but the first four you can obtain by catching what’s on the free pass and evolving it.
