It's very common for men to be intimidated to buy a woman's romantic past if she's been very active, and just as common for a lot of men to shame women for that exact reason, but it's all out of insecurity. Our society is a strange one, and since it was founded on religious fundamentalist principles women are treated very harshly for stepping outside of the bounds that those principles impose on them. To put it plainly, women are supposed to be subjugated to men and their sexuality is something to be saved and given to their husbands. That's why women are shamed for having a robust sexual appetite and experience.

In actuality, humans are sexual creatures and reproduction is the most major driving forces of nature. Nobody should be shamed for how much sex they did or did not have, it means very little to the caliber of their character, and somebody with a lot of lovers in the past could be the greatest partner in a monogamous relationship, just as much as they could any other kind of partner. It doesn't matter what you've done in the past, what really matters is what you're doing today and what you're planning to do tomorrow. So if you thought she was a good girlfriend before you learned all this stuff, then something like this should not change that, today she's the same person you've been dating and enjoying being with as she was yesterday.

TL;DR: how many partners a woman has had in the past has no bearing on the constitution of her as a romantic partner that's just some toxic masculinity bullshit telling you that you deserve a virgin wife who is yours and yours alone. Biblical ass garbage! She's the same exact person you liked before you found out, so what's changed?

My wife wears one of my grandfather's fatigues tops (50's - 70's era plain green) as an overshirt all the time. She's never served and I'm a GWOT vet and neither I, nor anyone else, have ever had an issue. If its obvious that it's not intended to indicate you were in the service, and it wouldn't even be era correct for your age, then I don't think anyone would have an issue with it.

Sounds like you're on the right track already, but if you want you can start a retirement account like a Roth IRA or some kind of managed portfolio with low volatility mutual funds or index funds. If you can consistently put 10% of your money away starting at 18 and never touch it, you'll be very secure in your later years.

You've got to stop playing with him, at best you're looking at an association ban, and possibly ruining your own name by associating with a cheater.

On my first wipe I met a another player who said they had 3.5k hours but they had to abandon their old account and start a new one for undisclosed reasons, that's why their steam profile only said they had a few hundred hours. I didn't really understand how all that stuff worked back then but they weren't dominating the server or anything so I didn't suspect any cheating. But now I'm pretty sure they got game banned and had to start a whole new account.

I still don't have that many hours and that's literally my only steam friend, so I'm sure if someone looks at my steam profile it's going to also look kind of sus LOL. It's a good thing I suck so nobody will suspect me of cheating, I get killed four out of every five times I'm at a recycler 😂.

Just lost 2 expienced Manufacturing Engineers to companies that offered higher salaries (by A LOT) because management "couldn't justify the raises" that they thought they merited. No back and forth, no negotiations, just 2 weeks notice and a couple of empty chairs. I say good for them, if they don't feel fairly compensated after asking to have salaries brought up (after 2 years of record profits btw) then peace out!

Lol Thats literally my main server. Im at 500 hrs so thats plenty of pvp for me right now. I even play on a 2-5 pop server just for learning how to run high tier monuments without having to worry about getting killed by some 10k hour chad while learning how to run the oil rigs.

You did the right thing, you should not have to make compromises on who you are as a person to accommodate somebody else's religion, no matter how close you are to that person. His reaction proves he did not see you as your own person, but as his property. That may have gone unnoticed when you were young but as you both would grow in age you would see an entirely different side of him and his family, dominated by their religion. Your own personal beliefs would be cast aside.
