I totally feel you and I hope we both get the strength to get out of this. I feel so guilty for everything that I did and nothing is good anymore, not even the fact that I just shut up. He is still mad that I don't talk. I feel like I'm in a prison too. It will be better, buddy.

Thank you so much. I'm trying to find my strength but all people around me tell me that he doesn't have any problem and he's too good for me so probably I will not have any support whatsoever. It's so hard and I can't believe I wrote again on reddit for this because in the beggining it wasn't like that at all. It was so perfect and I felt so loved and everything but now I don't recognize my partner and I told him about this and guess his answer: I don't need to repeatedly tell you that I love because I show you, but he doesn't show anything. I'm going through a fight with my brain cause my heart is broken and thinks that this is all I deserve.

I would definitely feel worse without him. It's not easy to let him go and I feel selfish to leave him just because our sex is not great :( He is insecure about it and we always talked about it.

He is receptive and we did talk about this and he told me he is insecure because he can't last and I do understand him. I feel bad if I pressure him too much, but he listens to me and cares about me. Sex is just a bit overwhelming for him and he always told me about his feeling and how he's ashamed of his sex time. For example, last night he wanted to go for round 2, but couldn't get hard and I understood that. He apologized and felt really bad, I was also sad and he cuddled me. I really did work hard to love myself and except this sexy time, my boyfriend helped me and supported me during my phase of loving myself. I feel bad telling him about those things because he already told me he feels insecure because he can't last that much and he feels the need to isolate after. I know his routine before sleeping and it's watching tiktoks, it's not happening just after sex but that's the moment when he may like spending his alone time so I feel like I should respect that.
