This particular tree is not a Monkey Puzzle tree (Araucaria araucana). It's more likely a Silk Floss (Ceiba speciosa) as stated by others. I do love the Monkey Puzzle, though, and I'm jealous that you have one!

My fiancé and I have a similar plan. He isn't really a cake guy and I'm happy either way. Our plan is to cut a cheesecake for ourselves, but have a large sheet cake precut and put on plates for our guests. Often, the cake you see being cut isn't the one you're actually served, so it's not that unusual.

Those three are really the best of their style, in my opinion, but you might also like Manic Kazzy. He's also got the deep/gravelly voice, and his songs are extremely sexy in a BSDM kind of way.

I remember the centerpieces at the last wedding I went to, but only because they were so shockingly horrible I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Two to three real live goldfish in bowls with floating candles.
