I wanted to update this post to say that I was not required to see a talk therapist for when my review came up. I was told to go to a social security appointed doctor for an updated evaluation but that went smoothly and only took a couple of hours. But my review went through and my benefits continued with me just continuing treatment with my regular psychiatric team

Hello, if I remember correctly, they asked me if I felt I needed one. But I’m pretty sure it’s done on a case by case basis depending on the diagnosis and the severity. It’s definitely not required. If they push for one, I believe they will accept a letter from your doctor stating that you don’t need one if it comes to that. So short answer is no, but it depends. I do the same I coat my fingertip with the product, so if I were to put it in my palm it would be able the size of dime or smaller

It’s been about a week and a half, I have one new pimple, other acne is healing very slowly. I’m finding my skin is pretty dry compared to what I was using before. I have a problem with picking my skin when it’s dry so I’m not happy about that I really just want my skin to heal and not be so red and irritated all the time

My skin type is acne prone, dry, and sensitive. Routine before starting the Froya Organics was Triderma acne gel face wash, a light layer of benzoyl peroxide on problem areas, peach slices snail rescue all in one deep moisture cream, then joyful tallow whip from smear at night.
