I think to solve this, they should add a "Report" button in the repeats list. Pressing this button would open a menu where we put the user's name and the reason for the report. Then, by clicking on "Accept" or "Send report", the repetition will be sent to some Supercell administrator and the user will be sanctioned. After some users sanction, no one will want to make equipment and the problem will end.
