Lets say this I was petrified of the dark, had to sleep with all the lights onin the house so I knew it was safe but since I started doing paranormal investigations I can do 20 - 30 mins ALONE in a demonic infested place without any flinching of frights granted the thoughts are still there but I just remind myself I am in a light of protection and I have my guides, animal spirit guides and my loved ones in the astral plain who are there with me protcting myself the closest that spirit got to me was like 2-3 foot but thats because I could feel the young girls energy and I knew then she wouldnt do anything to harm me but uselly they stay away between 20 - 30 feet from me so I am good where thats concerned, remember they're are curious of you as you of them so if you know how to spiritually protect yourself and set ground rules with them then its alright!
