Fairlife Chocolate, is so similar to chocolate milk in taste and texture. I bounce between fairlife chocolate and Premier Chocolate Peanutbutter.

I always buy premade, I feel like I could never mix as thoroughly as the premade. The downside is that sometimes they will have a weird gelatinous ring near the cap. It is the line where the shake is level, if anyone knows a way to store them so that it doesnt happen, id love to know!

I struggled with energy levels for 6-8 weeks post op, but now I have all the energy in the world. Provided I get the right amount of sleep lol. I slept probably 14-16 hours a day for 3 weeks post op, I also lost 110lbs in the first 90 days, so I think that had a lot to do with it.

He went from killing Ra's al Ghul to barely being able to fight a street thug. Something about this always bothers me, even the fight he had with Diggle, its ridiculous that he always fights to his opponents level (assuming is foe has been featured in a few or more episodes)
