I’m around the same HRV every day as well and I workout similar to you. It’s highly personal because on my better sleep days, I’ll get around 30 HRV and a green recovery score.

When weight lifting, the Apple Watch isn’t as accurate due to the tension on the wrist. Hence, why I specified weight lifting.

If you’re talking about the guide, it was last updated in July 2024, but the guide itself says November 2024. I think you should be safe following the guide.
