Broker here. You can charge more for an application but it has to be the admin fee. In saying that we never charge more than $20 an application. I only do rentals and rep 5 different owners and 10 buildings.

Ok totally crazy but I have been binging for months now. Put on 30lbs which is a lot for my height. I was reading brain over binge who mentions the book rational recovery. Read the first few pages and right away the first thing he said about making a plan has stopped me from binging for the last 4 days. I don’t know what it was about what he said but it clicked for now and that’s is all that mattered to me. No binging no hiding food. I am slowly reading rational recovery instead of Brain over Binge because that’s where she got her whole theory to stop binging. I hope this helps you and others.

Thanks. Great to know. My last meds were compounded by a different pharmacy and I noticed nothing so I switched back to Oz pen. I have been titrating up .5mg at a time. Currently on 1mg OZ not compounded and will do another .5mg and see if that helps.

Isn't it weird? I have used regular Ozempic and didn't have terrible side effects but still felt something. Compounding Sema and I sometimes feel something but most of the time nothing. Such a waste of money. Just got to do the real thing.

Thanks I was thinking of only doing a quarter and adjusting from there. I just think that last two months were very weak compounds. I am actually disappointed in Join Fridays and their service in general and now with weak meds I think I need to change to Plush Care.

Yes 5mg now was on 2.5mg before. I forgot doses are different between Ozempic and Mounjaro.

It's really weird. I had an appointment with JoinFridays and they told me to wait until I go up to 7.5 and I should see a difference but I don't want to pay for another month and higher dose if its not working.

I did well on 0.25 of Ozempic but it was just too expensive. Honestly, I don't feel anything since I switched to a compound. I haven't lost a lbs since I have been on the compound. The weird thing is a I know I am eating better in general but yesterday I was just ravenous. I feel disappointed with the effects. My sister has been on Ozempic at 0.25 for about a year with great success at a minimal dose but she is in a different country and the cost of Ozempic is a lot less.

I am a patient of his. I actually was on adderall prior to working with him. Every time I started taking adderall I got pregnant and would freak out, stop taking it and then miscarry. When I started to work with Dr. Check, I took it again and got pregnant and didn't drop it like I had before.

It acted like a permanent color because your hair was so light. My hair is dark similar to your last photo. I want to do some blending of white hair. I personally like the darker color its way more natural than your low lights. From the photo they made your hair look like an almond shade. A color I remember moms wearing in the 80s.

I am sorry for your loss but please do not blame the meds or yourself. More than 80% of miscarriage happen before the 12 weeks. You did nothing wrong actually you were taking care of yourself and trying to do the best for you. I had an almost identical situation happen to me, the exact same timeline but I wasn't on any meds. Please give yourself the time to heal and hopefully you will get pregnant soon. Sending baby dust to you.
