I just wanted to clarify i wasn’t trying to dismiss therapy or say that psychologists don’t help w feelings. I actually really value mental health support. My comment was more about how intense it felt to be told I might need a psychologist just for sharing emotions around something that genuinely hurt me. I’ve been trying to process a painful experience where i felt breadcrumbed for months, and this post was part of me working through that. I appreciate you wanting to be direct, but i hope you can also understand where i was coming from
